We currently ship USPS Priority.
Please note, we are not responsible for packages once shipped. We supply tracking information for domestic orders, but this is not insurance. If your package is lost, you need to contact the carrier. The items you purchase are not automatically insured. If you would like your item insured, you need to purchase that at checkout.
Undelivered Items
Items returned to us because they could not be delivered by the carrier using the address which you supplied, or were refused upon delivery will be processed as returns with the appropriate restocking fee. Restocking fees = 20% of the cost of the item(s) plus shipping costs.
Customer Contact Information
Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address, i.e. one that is recognized as valid by USPS at www.USPS.com. In addition, the customer must supply valid email address to which it can receive email sent by us. We are not responsible for communications you do not receive if your email address is incorrect, your mailbox is full or if you have a filter that will not accept email sent by us. In that case, you must contact us if you want confirmation that your order has been processed or shipped, or log into your account for status confirmation. If you are concerned about damage in shipping, you should indicate on your order that you would like insurance.

- Please do not inform us where to leave the package at your house. Specific delivery instructions are out of our hands, and you should leave them with your local Post Office. We regret that we are not able to accommodate any such instructions.
- The individual carrier, at their discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. If the package is left at the door, then it becomes the customer's responsibility. It is advisable that the shipping address provided indicates the name of a receiver. There may be an additional charge for incorrect address listed on the order form, or for any change of address once the package has been shipped and in the carrier's possession.
- theDogWorks/cats2 assumes no liability for packages left at the door.
- Please note, we reserve the right to refuse service and payments on our merchandise. Prices are subject to change and we do not guarantee sale prices if you return items to make a purchase at a later date. Please note that your purchase is complete upon the date that you submit funds via Paypal. If your credit card is denied, your purchase is not complete and the price of your item is the current price upon the date that you make your subsequent purchase.
- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- Most items shown are in stock, but occasionally we may not be able to indicate an out of stock item before you order it, and therefore want to make this possibility clear. Considering that all items ordered are in stock, orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, often times the same day depending on timing. Please make sure that you check your email (and spam folder!) often after you place an order in case we need to get in touch with you for any reason.
